Position Summary & Role Reporting to the Senior Director E&F, Validation, EHS, the Sr. Mgr. Maintenance & FM is a key member of the Technical Operations team responsible for facilities operation and maintenance of Resilience's cell therapy and facility. The successful candidate will be an established facilities management leader with experience in both hard and soft services.

Job Responsibilities Manages all facility site services to support daily operations while ensuring facility & utility systems are 100% operational. Manages utility plant operations, maintenance and repairs, continuous improvement projects and spare parts. Interface with laboratory and operation teams to ensure all facility management needs are fulfilled and optimized. Manages site services directly or via 3rd party providers including janitorial, maintenance, automation, security, pest control, and other site support services as needed. Provides expertise in establishing and refining preventive maintenance programs, resource scheduling, spare parts inventory, efficiency improvement programs, etc. Oversee and support the integrated facilities management (IFM) function including enterprise asset management (CMMS) performance management (KPIs), reporting, SOPs and SLAs Single point of contact and business owner for on-site EAM. Supports building management systems and other plant automation and data acquisition systems to include troubleshooting. Supports and manages deviations, investigations and CAPAs related to GxP maintenance, utilities and building automation systems. Follow and manage operational EH&S and security systems and policies. Develop and maintain site engineering drawings, records and files in accordance with applicable regulations. Maintain all documentation in a prepared state for both internal and external auditing. Other activities and duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building automation, and safety systems

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical) or related field Minimum 7 years of engineering, building operations or facilities management experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Advanced technical certification (F.E, P.E., FMA, PMP) Trained in Siemens Insight Apogee and/or Desigo CC Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 10/40 hour training and/or certification Prior experience with GMP site development and start-up Prior experience with regulated EAM software (BlueMountain CMMS) Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative small company environment, working with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities. Exceptional leadership, customer service, relationship building and communication skills

Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
