What You\'ll Do As an Machine Operator you\'ll be part of our team located in New Britain, CT. You\'ll get to: Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, and punch press. Work as part of a team to identify and meet quality and production goals. Flex hours/schedule as demand dictates. Participate in safety initiatives. Meet customer quality and production needs. Willing to cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment.
