Position Summary
The successful candidate will work with a project team and a statwide network to assess the effectiveness of the Out of School Time program administered through the state of Michigan. Primary roles will be:
Conduct focus groups both online and in person with out of school staff, teachers, etc.
Perform data cleaning, management, analysis, reporting and visualization.
Communicating with community partners, including state government, non-profit agenices, local program and communities on program monitoring and outcomes.
Report writing and presenting to various stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned to carry out the scope of the project.

Required Degree
Masters -community dev, economic dev, public policy
Minimum Requirements
Valid Driver's license
Willingness to trave in state to conduct focus groups and other project related travel.
High level of interpsonal and organzational skills
Excellence writing skills
Desired Qualifications
Understanding of statistical software such as SPSS and/or mapping tools such as Tableau
Experience in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PP)
Work experience with community groups and organizations
Understand familial dynamics.
