Position Summary

The Department of English is seeking a part-time instructor(s) to staff several courses in our Creative Writing program for the 2022-23 academic year, including introductory courses in creative writing, creative non-fiction, and poetry. This is a part-time, fixed-term position (s), beginning August 16, 2022. The successful candidate will engage in an active program of teaching, including up to four courses in the academic year in the Creative Writing Program of the Department of English.

Required Degree

Doctorate

Minimum Requirements

MFA for Instructor level or PhD for Assistant Professor level in English or Creative Writing, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications

MFA in Creative Writing for Instructor level; PhD in English for Assistant Professor level.
