We offer 2 shift options

Four days per week, 10-hour shifts Start times range between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm - until close

Five days per week, start time: 1 pm - until close

The pay range for this position is $15.50 -$21.83 per hour depending on experience

Paid Training!! M-F 12 pm - 8 pm for 4 weeks and then you move to your preference of 4 or 5-day schedule

What you will do: Q is one of the world’s leading distributors of bicycles, components, and accessories. We employ passionate, talented people who consistently deliver great results. As a Warehouse Associate - Receiving Specialist (DC Pro), you will primarily work with an Inbound team that is responsible for receiving, restocking, picking non-conveyable orders, and replenishments as needed. You are an integral part of the overall DC workflow and also get to help with Outbound shipping on busy days. If you like variety in your workday and challenging yourself to be productive and accurate, this may be the job for you.

Perform all Inbound tasks

  • Receiving

  • Restock

  • Replenishment

  • Warehouse transfers

  • Non-Con picking

    Train on and operate power equipment safely

    Perform replenishments, picking and packing duties as Outbound surge support

    Work well in a team and be self-directed as needed

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What you need to succeed:

Qualifications-

Able to work effectively with or without supervision

Respond positively to change

Strong attention to detail and communication skills preferred

Able to work effectively under pressure

Willingness to work safely and engage in continuous improvement

Basic computer skills a plus

Forklift experience a plus but not necessary

Other related criteria

Able to lift up to 55-70 lbs. repeatedly

Able to walk and stand for 10+ hrs in a warehouse environment
