Description We are seeking an IT Auditor to join our team based in East Haven, Connecticut. The role involves conducting comprehensive IT audits, evaluating risk, compliance, and control effectiveness, and collaborating closely with product owners across the company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our IT operations align with the evolving regulations and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed IT audits to evaluate long-term risk, compliance, and control effectiveness strategies.

• Collaborate with product owners across the company to ensure their operations align with our IT governance, workflows, and compliance standards.

• Update and maintain IT system workflows and compliance protocols to reflect current practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.

• Develop comprehensive audit reports for management, highlighting findings, implications, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with critical regulations and internal policies.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, enhancing our IT governance framework as we grow and evolve.

• Employ strong time management and multitasking skills to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders and manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Use your knowledge of Audit Program, Business systems, CobiT, Audit Findings, Auditing, Compliance, Documentation, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) to perform your duties effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing.

• Proficient in Audit Program and Business systems.

• Experience with CobiT is required.

• Ability to understand and communicate Audit Findings effectively.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Auditing processes.

• Ability to ensure Compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Excellent Documentation skills.

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is a must.

• Experience with SOC and SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multitask.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, auditing software, and business intelligence tools.

• Knowledge of IT standards, procedures, policy, governance, and IT controls.
