We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality process, managing the inspection team, and resolving customer quality issues. salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage non-conformances and corrective actions using the 8D process to resolve customer quality issues.

  • Conduct internal and customer-specific audits, ensuring compliance with Nadcap Standards.

  • Manage Inspection team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.

  • Maintain documentation for material certifications, calibration, specifications, and supplier portals.

  • Train employees on updates to the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure contract reviews for accuracy.

  • Participate in company initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and support cross-departmental efforts.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department, focusing on performance evaluation and staff development.

  • Ability to pass FAA screening process.

The essential functions of this role include:
