About the role:

This Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling electronic, electrical, and pneumatic components to manufacture fully functional analyzers within the XOS analyzer product group. They will work from a mix of standard work (SOPs), schematics, and engineering documentation to install and test control panels, wiring, and other components. The individual must be capable of working independently and have strong problem solving and diagnostic skills.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is on-site in East Greenbush, NY.

In this role, you will :

  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to manufacture a fully functional engineered-to-order Elemental Analyzer.

  • Test all system functions to ensure all First Article Test requirements are met.

  • Ensure analyzers are produced on-schedule while raising concerns if challenges arise.

  • Participate in daily reporting through visual management and meetings to communicate and escalate issues with performance metrics – SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) at Tier 1

Are you qualified?

  • 3 years of experience assembling Electromechanical systems

  • Possess the ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and engineering assembly drawings

  • Possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

  • AAS in a technical degree or equivalent work experience

The salary range for this role is $20-$22. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
