Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate shipments of all completed products, ensuring proper labeling, packing, and staging. Manage inventory, particularly perishable items, ensuring proper rotation and attention to detail. Communicate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely processing and adherence to shipment dates. Focus on documentation and quality control, especially regarding SQF and FDA audits. Manage the receiving area, bin storage, and outgoing warehouse space to plan accordingly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

Work Environment

This person will be active in the raw receiving side, the warehouse, and the office, experiencing all areas of the facility. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Training will be provided right on shift after a 1-day orientation.
