Summary of Position:Supervises Terrain Park Department, provides input to resort management regarding design, layout, construction and maintenance of Freestyle Terrain by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs duties ofTerrain Park Managerto include but not limited to the following:
- Performing all duties of Terrain Park Staff and Crew leaders.
- Monitoring work of Terrain Park Staff to assure appropriate maintenance of the Terrain Park.
- Contributing to park layout and terrain feature design ideas. Supervising and helping in construction of terrain features.
- Develop, facilitate and deliver all user education and training.
- Develop and facilitate the Park Panel and Park Panel meetings, discussions and communications.
- Coordination with resort partners and vendors.
- Help in the design, planning and running of freestyle events and competitions.
- Due to the many variables that affect winter resort operations, such as weather and number of guests, employees may be asked to perform other duties or assist in efforts outside their primary area of responsibility as needed, including performing in any subordinate position.
