Robert Half is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role involves managing and reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining precise records. The successful candidate will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality service and support to our customers. This role will offer a hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded

• Regularly perform account reconciliations to confirm the accuracy of transactions

• Process invoices, coding them correctly to the appropriate accounts

• Conduct check runs to confirm the accuracy of the accounts payable process

• Maintain precise data entry records to facilitate easy retrieval of information

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer account activity, taking necessary action when required

• Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments in a timely manner.

• Ability to conduct Check Runs, overseeing the process of paying vendors and suppliers.

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices, attributing expenses to the correct budget categories.

• Strong Data Entry skills, inputting financial information with speed and accuracy.

• Expertise in Invoice Processing, ensuring all bills are paid on time and recorded properly.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, using it to organize and analyze financial data.
