West Virginia Employer Custodian in East Bank, West Virginia
Job site is Rest Area on I-77 Mile Marker 69 at Paint Creek. Must have valid drivers license, dependable transportation, clear criminal background, and adult protective services check. 30+ hours a week offered. Under the general supervision the custodian performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness of assigned rooms, buildings, and related facilities according to applicable contracts. Perform all cleaning tasks in adherence to contract. Report any damages or disturbances of building and furnishings to supervisor. Report all fixtures requiring maintenance or repairs to supervisor. Work every day as assigned, Monday-Friday. Adhere to daily work activities. Maintenance of physical facilities according to applicable contract. Ability to communicate with individuals that are physically/mentally challenged. Perform any and all duties incidental to the position.
