The Opportunity: The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Human Resources across multiple campuses (US and Canada). This position involves data entry, administrative support, and coordination of various HR-related activities. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will assist in the managing of philanthropy purchases and facilitating campus-wide engagement activities through Human Resources and campus Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). What Your Impact Will Be: Data Entry and Administrative Support: Assist HR leaders across campuses with accurate and timely data entry, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support. Act as a partner and backup to the HR Coordinator in our El Segundo, CA office. Philanthropy Coordination: Manage and coordinate philanthropy purchases and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community impact, including communication of events and coordination of volunteers. Campus-Wide Engagement: Plan and execute campus-wide engagement activities in collaboration with Human Resources and various Employee Resource Groups, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to employees and stakeholders. Event Planning: Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place. Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple campuses. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people. Demonstrated agrowth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. The base hourly rate for this position is between$20 and $23. **This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
