BrightStar Care CNA Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator in Eagleville, Pennsylvania

Job description Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care  BrightStar Care of W. Montgomery Co. (“BrightStar Care”) is seeking a Scheduler to assist with the employee staffing process in a healthcare setting, as well as ensure excellent service to our clients by proactively coordinating scheduling needs for personal care and facility staffing clients, establishing and maintaining an environment of accountability, and coachingcaregivers.  The ideal Scheduling Coordinator candidate must have the ability to triage priorities and communicate effectively to clients and caregivers frequently. Prior experience as a CNA or caregiver is a plus! Come work for us and see how BrightStar Care employees uphold A Higher Standard. What We Offer: Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care * Weekly Pay w/ Direct Deposit * Flexible Schedule * Paid Time Off * Shift Backfill Bonus   Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities: * Helps recruit, interview, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers. * Coordinates rescheduling and promptly addresses shift vacancies to ensure effective scheduling and minimize unbilled overtime. * Effectively manages customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client/caregiver relations. * Ensures caregiver compliance with time and availability software. * Assists with the intake of new clients and effectively communicates BrightStar differentiators. * Manages all required documentation and ongoing note-keeping of employee & client activities. * Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required. * Performs additional duties and administrative functions as directed by management. Scheduling Coordinator Requirements: * 2+ years of Staffing, recruiting, and training experience within the home care or health care industry highly preferred. * 3+ years CNA/HHA experience preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Strong oratory and written communication skills. * Ability to provide superior customer service, problem-solve, and tactfully handle difficult situations. * Critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously at times to produce an optimum solution. * Positive “can do” attitude. * Must be willing to accept evening and/or weekend on-call work. * Ability to attend shift vacancies and new client starts of care is a plus! (BONUS pay offered) * Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
