What You Can Expect:
Expect a schedule of 4, 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM.
Please note day off cannot be Monday or Friday
Expect about 50/50 ratio of patient care and administrative work
Partner with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure a patient-centered environment, collaborating on clinic initiatives, quality improvement, and population health
Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff while working closely with clinic leadership to foster team growth and development
Lead quality improvement initiatives, including population health management and workflow optimization , to enhance patient centered care
Oversee staff scheduling and timecard management to ensure smooth clinic operations
As the EOC (Environmental of Care) Champion, you will help maintain a safe and efficient clinic environment
Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant
NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA
Experience
- 2 years
