What you'll bring
Deep Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experience and expertise working with and understanding the concerns and differences between diverse groups
Strong People Acumen- Ability to work across multiple groups within an employee population.
Strong HR experience, understanding processes and the ability to achieve impact and influence.
Strong Program Management Skills – ability to lead and work effectively across multiple priorities, drive progress against DEI goals and manage stakeholders at varying levels of leadership.
Organizational Resourcefulness – ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills - Comfortable communicating and partnering effectively across global organizational boundaries through multiple mechanisms – email, verbal updates, power point presentations, zoom, etc. Highly capable of influencing across all levels in the organization.
High Accountability – own outcomes and drive high quality results.
Strong Analytical skills- with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights, recommendations and action plans.
Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, work experience in diversity, equity and inclusion required
DEI certifications a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, a plus
How you will lead
Champions a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle.
Collaborate with multiple HR functions (HRBPs, Employee Relations, Talent Development, etc.) in P&P to support the DEI strategy and align our culture and performance with our total rewards and recognition strategies.
Drive the mindset, skills and behaviors required to uphold our company values, culture and code of conduct.
Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders regarding best practices to maximize the employee experience.
Apply DEI subject matter expertise to deliver global DEI processes, foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion that support the business and enable all employees to thrive at Intuit.
Develop, drive and deliver DEI programs and initiatives to support the overall strategy and goals.
