About the Role Analytics Strategy & Roadmap Lead the ongoing development of FindLaw's data and analytics strategy. Work with cross-functional leaders to identify data and analytics needs and opportunities throughout the organization. Coordinate with senior executives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and prioritize among requests. Help drive and support a culture of data driven decision-making; seek opportunities to leverage FindLaw's data to drive differentiation in our products and services. Data Asset Development Guide the development of a comprehensive, integrated data asset and analytical infrastructure. Identify and integrate new data sources and additional data details that enhance FindLaw's understanding of legal marketplaces, product performance and customer segments and sentiments. Partner cross-functionally to develop an ongoing roadmap of data enhancements; consistently execute against plans in a timely manner. Data Stewardship & Governance Define, implement and manage processes to sustain and enhance the quality of FindLaw's data assets. Oversee FindLaw's data stewardship and master data management functions. Lead the development and implementation of processes that monitor the integrity of data loads for completeness and business rule compliance. Develop and enforce standards relating to both the representation of data in FindLaw systems and the tooling and means of access for different users. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards as it relates to storage and access of data, with a particular eye to the sensitivities related to legal services privacy and confidentiality requirements. Analytics Infrastructure & Enablement Partner closely with technology to implement and support an infrastructure enabling analysts of differing skills and functions to easily access the appropriately governed data they need to complete their work. Stay abreast of emerging technology and AI assisted analytics, adopting and implementing at scale where appropriate. Product Data Sciences & Analytics Lead a team of data scientists and BI analysts supporting FindLaw's audience and product development and management teams. Provide data support to drive differentiation in FindLaw's product offerings through market and competitive intelligence, testing and performance monitoring, and identifying new avenues for growth leveraging data. Support and enhance data underpinning how FindLaw proves and articulates the value of its digital marketing solutions to customers. Deep understanding of product performance data to inform ad inventory decisions, commercial yield, and support/enablement/optimization of commercial sales and pricing analytics partners About You You are a leader with experience successfully managing and developing high-performing teams You have experience working with Executive groups in a Director level or Senior Management role Proven track record of managing and leveraging large scale analytics, with a focus on digital marketing, to drive business and results Working knowledge of concepts including Analytics Infrastructure, Google Analytics, Performance Analytics, etc. Bachelor's Degree preferred Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively as a leader, as well as with cross-functional teams and executives Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality Strong time-management and organization skills #LI-DM1 What's in it For You?
