Description

We are in search of a proficient Recruiter who is bilingual in Spanish for our team in the food and food processing industry, based in Eagan, Minnesota. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be primarily responsible for full cycle recruiting processes, sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, and developing recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing candidates, prescreening, scheduling interviews and extending offers.

• Maintain a high degree of organization and provide support in areas of Sourcing, Screening, and Scheduling candidates for interviews.

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with community partners, schools, and employment agencies for recruiting and networking purposes.

• Manage job postings across various platforms including the company website, local job boards, social media, and internal Applicant Tracking System.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy, setting both short-term and long-term recruitment goals.

• Support employee retention and development initiatives through new employee orientation and onboarding activities.

• Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new hires.

• Aid hiring managers in updating and creating job descriptions for existing and new positions.

• Maintain and distribute staffing metrics while ensuring accurate staffing numbers for correct metric reporting.

• Utilize skills in Applicant Track System, Background Checks, Applicant Screening, Screen Applicants, Full Cycle Recruiting.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the Food & Food Processing industry

• Proficiency in using Applicant Track Systems for streamlined recruitment processes

• Experience conducting Background Checks and Applicant Screening to ensure candidate suitability

• Proven ability to Screen Applicants effectively, identifying key skills and qualifications relevant to the role

• Demonstrable experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding candidates

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
