Position Summary

Warehouse auditor shipping/receiving

Responsibilities

DUTIES PERFORMED AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

Familiarity with personal computers. Good organizational/analytical, communication (verbal or written) and interpersonal skills Able to maintain good customer service under adverse conditions. Above average attention to detail, especially in auditing and entering inventory transactions, reconciling receiving reports, packing slips and inventory control. Be licensed to operate a forklift. Requires lifting of 50 pounds or more. SAP experience:

a) Creating cycle count documents and performing cycle counts

b) Counting the inventory

c) Entering the count within SAP

d) Reviewing significant differences

e) Submit cycle count record to finance for review and posting

Have a good understanding of SAP logic when investigating any inventory discrepancies. Count bins twice per year (minimum). Based on the number of bins (approximately 140/week) Maintain files and various other clerical duties and be available during audits. Consolidate inventory that is in multiple locations. Load/unload trucks as needed. Review and correct labels as needed. Assist with drivers with bill of lading and ensuring paperwork is correct. Pick and pack orders as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
