Reference #: QUALI003619 Description Hourly Rate: $17.20 (Internal candidate rate determined by current wage) DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY Inspecting and testing of component parts, kits, and subassemblies to ensure strict compliance to company policies, procedures, processes, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Perform visual, dimensional, and physical inspection and testing of component parts, kits, and subassemblies *Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform necessary corrective actions *Disposition accepted and rejected product as needed *Complete inspection forms in a legible and complete manner *Rework product specifications, as needed *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a friendly team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Utilize testing and inspection equipment including go/no-go gauges, measuring tape, and use calibrated equipment to determine acceptance criteria *Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications *Compute and compile necessary data and present data in various forms for recording and reporting *Read, interpret, and follow instructions, policies, and procedures, and process guidelines *Operate effectively as a team member with minimal supervision *Lift/push/pull 40 lbs. Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods *Good verbal and written communication skills *Good visual and color perception with excellent attention to detail for fabric inspection *Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Receiving Inspector I at Pride Mobility Products Corporation, OR at least 2 years of Quality/Manufacturing inspection experience with a proven track record of success

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *At least 1 year of experience inspecting mechanical components and assemblies preferred *At least 1 year of experience in evaluating weld quality, materials, and inspection for completion preferred *At least 1 year of work experience inspecting received parts in a manufacturing environment preferred *At least 1 year of work experience utilizing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) (Engineering Drawing and Related Documentation Practices) preferred *Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION *American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
