Position Summary:
As a Project Manager within Pharmacy Automation, Finance Integration, you will help lead/manage all projects within Finance and be the central point of contact for all the integration related activities within Finance. You will have a direct connection with all the integration leads across the different functions.
Role Description:
The role involves working with stakeholders within the finance & tax function (Accounting, FP&A, Ops Finance) to ensure all the integration activities are all working to plan.
Tracking all the integration activities and have a scorecard on the status of all the activities and reporting at various leadership meetings and be gatekeeper for finance integration activities.
Working with the different owners/subject matter experts within finance/outside finance to move activities forward.
Engaging with different functional stakeholders (operations, commercial, HR, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Quality, Regulatory etc.) and being the finance representative of Integration leadership team and Steering Committee.
Reviewing the activities assigned for finance and breaking the activities down by different functional groups within finance and helping to move forward through to completion.
Periodically organize workshops to bring people together and progress on integration priorities.
Have a regular cadence of meeting to check and update progress on integration activities for Pharmacy Automation Finance
Work with the teams on developing Physical Flows/Financial flows/Intercompany mapping etc. for any proposed changes due to manufacturing moving from Montreal to Durham.
Bring the SME together to determine any TP requirements for the new physical/financial flows and work on an ongoing process for managing this.
Although the role is initially focussed on Pharmacy Automation, this has potential to beyond to MMS and other M&A activities.
Role Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Proven ability to work across our Matrix Organization
Minimum 5 years of Finance/Audit/Accounting background
Experience working in a cross functional environment.
Deep experience in Project Management and Project Management Tools.
Proven ability to lead projects and engage with senior stakeholders.
