IQVIA Principal Biostatistical Analyst in Durham, North Carolina
About this role - Join our FSP team today! The ideal candidate MUST HAVE clinical trial experience. In this role you will plan and coordinate the development of integrated programming solutions serving the full spectrum of statistical programming needs. Provide technical expertise and leadership to the department. Provide internal consulting services, including specifications and user needs analysis for complex project or client requirements.
Mandatory RWE Areas – Claims, Registry, EHR, and EMR data exposure with a combination of CDISC exposure particularly on RCT data. In addition to this someone with good SAS programming skills is required and R being a plus.
JD for this role
In-depth knowledge of RWE databases, including large administrative claims data, EMR, disease registries, and clinical trial data.
SME-level proficiency in SAS (R as a plus) programming tailored to handle complex inclusion and exclusion criteria, conduct propensity score matching, and develop outcome metrics.
Ability to execute statistical analysis plans using advanced programming techniques to perform detailed and complex analyses relevant to real-world evidence.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous quality control processes throughout the data handling and analysis phases.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and efficiently handle ad-hoc requests.
Experience working with ADaMs (CDSIC).
In-depth experience working with SAS and R.
Experience and active involvement with data validation processes.
Knowledge of RWD datasets and nuances surrounding it.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $106,200.00 - $243,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
