salary: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process, including coordinating new hire paperwork and orientation sessions.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems.

  • Support the HR team in scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and posting job openings.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to employees.

  • Prepare, process, and file HR-related documents, such as benefits forms, contracts, and performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and help organize HR events.

  • Assist in tracking employee attendance, vacations, and other leave balances.

  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and ensuring timely submission.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the HR team's efficient operation.
