Description We are offering a contract for a Dispatcher role in Durham, North Carolina, 27703, United States. The role involves the use of various computer programs, CRM, and IBM AS/400 to manage operations and ensure effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling and routing of inbound calls.

• Utilizing CRM and IBM AS/400 systems for data management and operations.

• Executing billing functions with precision and accuracy.

• Leveraging ADP - Financial Services for financial tasks.

• Maintaining and managing customer queries and ensuring their resolution.

• Regularly updating and maintaining customer records.

• Utilizing the Management System for effective task handling.

• Ensuring timely response and resolution to customer inquiries.

• Effectively using About Time for time management and scheduling.

• Fostering effective communication within the team and with customers. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Advanced skills in using computer programs

• Expertise in CRM software

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Competence in using management systems

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to provide accurate and prompt answers

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Proficiency in handling billing functions
