Job Description

Our client is looking to bring on an EVS Manager at a local hospital in Durango, CO. The EVS Manager will be responsible for a 220,000 square foot hospital which encompasses 100 beds and a team of 30 FTE's.

The job will include the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing and training staff

• Scheduling and working with EVS Supervisors for coordination

• Reporting to the Market Director & Admin team

• Room inspections

• improving turn around time, budget, and patient scoring

Pay rate: $30/hr, 6 month contract-to-hire

Skills and Requirements

• 5 years of Managerial experience working at a cleaning service job (Housekeeping, Janitorial, EVS, etc.)

• Having overseen a team of at least 20-30 employees

• Ability to train, coach, motivate, and improve staff members

• Reliable transportation to Durango, CO

• Highschool degree or equivalent - Prior healthcare or EVS experience null
