Property Maintenance Associate

The Production Maintenance Associate's primary responsibilities are to assist the Maintenance department in the oversight of all maintenance programs including preventative maintenance programs, inspections, repair, and upkeep of all equipment.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour + DOE
What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Associate:
Must be able to complete tasks safely and in a timely manner to accommodate quality and production requirements
Ability to communicate at all levels within the Marron team
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and diagnose issues on the fly
Preferred working knowledge of 24v, 120v, 240v, 277v, & 480v systems
Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, stoop, twist, & stretch
Strong working knowledge of belt/chain drives, gear boxes, pumps, & bearings
Preferred Working knowledge of 3-phase motors, VFD's, & PLC's
Working knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems
Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment
Knowledge of industrial safety including but not limited to PPE & LOTO
Preferred knowledge of boiler systems and maintenance
Knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred
Responsible for identifying and reporting issues that could affect food safety and quality.
Complete work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures
Follow all policies, safety program, SOPs, GMPs and food safety procedures.
Assist in all other duties as assigned

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
2 years of hands-on, practical maintenance experience
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
High school graduate or equivalent. Some college education is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, with excellent time management, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, after hours on call and or some limited weekends
Must be willing to obtain a forklift license
