POSITION TITLE: Sample Room Clerk
REPORTING TO:Warehouse Supervisor
LOCATION: Dunmore, PA
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary:
The Sample Room Clerk will be responsible for the product sample program including: retrieval and preparing samples for shipment within the Barry Callebaut-Dunmore area of responsibility.

Knowledge of and understanding of Sales Force
Proficensey in SAP and understanding of the program
Understanding of Custom Documents to other countries
Print/pull labels using Word
Inventory reconciliation and recording of same
Compile, organize, and package samples for shipment
Create FedEx shipments
Weigh product per the specifications of the customer
Ability to adhere to GMPs and all other food safety requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
High school diploma or GED, required
Work Experience:
Two to three years’ experience in the food industry/clean room/packaging.
Experience with GMP and sanitation principle preferred
High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google, SAP and SalesForce) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must a strong understanding of fundamental math skills

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
Bend, squat, stretching, reaching, frequently
Ability to climb stairs, often
Must be able to occasionally lift minimum of 50lbs
Long periods of computer usage; finger dexterity and hand movement for use of keyboard and mouse, repetitive motion
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock
Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
