Clean Tech seeking a Warehouse Leader for our facility in Dundee, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for all warehousing activities and ensure that all phases of facility shipping, storage, and receiving operations are completed in a safe and efficient manner. This is a Direct Hire position. Job Title: Warehouse Leader Location: Dundee, MI Pay: $60,000/yr Shift: Days: 7am-7:30pm on a 3-2-2-3 schedule Whats in it for you? Responsibility and authority as outlined in the Quality Manual, Operational Procedures and all Instruction manuals Enforces consistent conformance to all local and Company policies and procedures (e.g. work rules, safety rules, and instructions) as well as housekeeping requirements. Assures the internal and external flow of raw materials and finished product are maintained to meet production and customer requirements via multiple storage locations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory status and location of materials, shipping and receiving documentation; BOL creation and management. Directs and coordinates the efforts of Warehouse Personnel Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems in cooperation with the Warehouse Manager Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists associates in solving work problems by listening and being attentive to their needs and informs Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager and HR Manager of all issues Miscellaneous related duties as assigned Requirements A related degree or equivalent experience SAP experience Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers Ability to multitask in a fast paces environment Clean Tech is an Equal Opportunity Employer In order to process your job application, Clean Tech Recycling collects and stores the personal information that you submit via this website.
