Service Master by Request Janitorial Supervisor in Duncansville, Pennsylvania
Service Master is seeking motivated individuals who can work well independently. This Supervisor position starts at $15.00 per hour. The workdays are Monday through Friday, working a minimum of 35 hours per week. Must be available to work between 4pm and 12am. Must have maximum flexibility with work schedule and be able to be on call during these hours. You must have a valid PA driver's license and your own vehicle as traveling to multiple buildings in multiple counties is required.

Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for filling in for current service partners in accounts for various reasons. Duties include but are not limited to:
·Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures, training new employees.
·Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, spot cleaning windows and glass, dusting, and sanitizing.
·Ordering of supplies and equipment for your work site.
·Use proper PPE where required
·Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
·Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
· Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
·Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
·1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
·Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
·The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
