[P[otential employment opportunities exist for: [Sewing Machine Operator [The finishing area produces WIP and Finished goods from printed and raw materials. Work involved includes the ability to complete a variety of sewing/stitching, hand-finishing, graphic assembly and processes safely, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Operations include sewing, grommeting, stretched canvas installation, display assembly, packaging and fulfillment and many other product applications. Vinyl Cutting, Thermal Bending and Machine/Hand application are also areas that may be included in the operators work on finishing processes. - Production sewing using industrial sewing machines.
- Operate various types of manual, semi-auto or automatic machines.
- Daily basic maintenance of the tooling and machines.
- Track time, materials and productivity through internal computer programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect the product before and after processing and reject the defective parts according to quality requirements.
- Meet daily production goals.
- Installation and packaging of products according to department standards.
- Actively participate in the resolution of problems by improving processes and bringing ideas to the table.
- Follow all safety protocols.

Experience and technical understanding with industrial sewing equipment and sewing processes.
Ability to use foot or knee controls of industrial sewing machines.
Attention to detail and maintaining internal and external quality standards.
Working well within both a team-based environment and independently.
Basic math skills.
