What you will be doing:
Review and analyze contract documents
Coordinate with internal customers to ensure documentation complies with company policies
Review and process customer changes
Track timeframe of start of construction, and coordinate with all parties to ensure proper lumber arrives at the jobsite
Prepare pre-start documentation for construction team
Qualified applicants have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, and Word
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note is a plus
Exceptional customer relations when working with both internal and external customers
Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team
Organization skills with a strong attention to detail
Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding, preferred
Typing speed of 50 wpm or 250 cpm
