Temp/Casual Position - 14 hours or less per week Position Overview: The incumbent will assist the Director of Hockey Operations with meeting the operational needs of the men's hockey program. The incumbent must be flexible, reliable, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent will have minimal travel. Job responsibilities: Monitor and execute social media (UMD Hockey) on Facebook, Instagram, and other. Provide analytics. Assist with travel arrangements and confirmations. Manage inventory spreadsheets using Excel. Breakdown real-time game video. Qualifications Required qualifications: BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years; applies knowledge and skill to a recurring task or activity with emphasis typically on precision and timeliness of execution. Some knowledge of hockey operations is required. Available to travel on a minimal basis. Preferred qualifications: Working Knowledge of coaching video software. Knowledge of University and NCAA policies and procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late nights. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google.
