In this role you will play a key role in supporting the integration of ERP systems by collaborating closely between business units and the technical team to ensure that system designs meet operational needs. You will analyze business processes, gather, and translate requirements into functional specifications by ensuring that these are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. We are open to any major Enbridge office locations. What You Will Do: Participate in the design, build and testing phases, including developing test scenarios, and participating in both system and user acceptance testing, to validate that the ERP solution aligns with business expectations and requirements. Assist in migrating utilities from their current work management systems to the new ERP environment. Work closely with the utilities and business applications teams to generate Business requirements. Participate in workshops to design new business processes that leverage ERP capabilities. Develop systems processes that align with business goals and ensure data integrity across platforms. Support the creation of comprehensive training materials and sessions. Provide ongoing support during the cut-over and launch phases to address any issues and ensure a smooth transition. This includes providing post-go-live support to resolve operational challenges and optimize system performance. Who You Are: Related university degree and six years' experience of directly related experience or equivalent mix of formal education and experience may be considered. Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex technical issues. Effective interpersonal skills which include an awareness of and interest in building stakeholder engagement. The ability to take technical information and present to a non-technical audience. Working knowledge of Enbridge ERP system, specifically around Maximo and work management is an asset. Working Conditions: Office based role Up to 30% travel, mostly during certain phases of the project (ie. testing and training). Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
