MSA has an opportunity for a full time Project Manager Engineering - Transportation in our Duluth, MN office. The location of this position, including a remote working option, is flexible based upon experience. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. Responsibilities The work you will do Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Client relations including virtual or applicable in person meetings with existing and new clients Design of transportation infrastructure projects Preparation of details, specifications, and bidding documents Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects Review and respond to proposals for projects with assistance from MSA team members Assist with mentoring junior staff Construction observation MSA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
