Housing and Redevelopment Authority Maintenance Technician in Duluth, Minnesota

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn mechanical skills. We need someone who can work well independently, and with a team. This job involves: cleaning, maintaining buildings and grounds, reporting repairs or hazards, performing regular maintenance and repairs, responding to service calls, and opportunities for overtime pay. If you have a general knowledge of building safety, use of tools and equipment, and are good with people, we want your application! Our experienced staff work with our Maintenance Techs to learn valuable skills so that we can promote from within our own team.
