Accessible Space, a national nonprofit that provides high-quality, accessible, and affordable housing, is thrilled to announce a full-time position for an experienced Property Caretaker in Duluth, MN. As a Property Caretaker, your responsibilities will include handling light maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work orders, and grounds maintenance. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Competitive pay and benefits, which include medical/dental coverage, life insurance, daily pay, paid time off (PTO), and more. There is even the option of a free caretaker unit! A minimum of 18 months of experience in the field and professionalism are required. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
