Brady Corporation HR Manager in Duluth, Georgia
What We Need:
We have a rewarding, work-life balanced Human Resource Manager position at our new location in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in all HR functions and a champion of leading change. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for strategic and tactical HR functions such as HR administration, talent management, employee relations, performance management and compliance for multiple sites throughout the United States.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with local leadership management teams to execute strategies that ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop relationships with all levels of the organization to resolve employee relations, provides coaching on performance management and advises on talent development.
Partners with the corporate Human Resource team on key company initiatives to ensure collaboration, implementation and compliance.
Serves as an employee and business advocate by applying employment law and regulations, industry trends, Brady policy and practice and business needs.
Lead and ensure compliance throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, including vendor relationships, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and retention.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience with a generalist background, with manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Collaborative team player with proven communication and relationship skills across all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work at a strategic level and able to execute on day-to-day operational/administrative matters.
Results-driven, flexible, self-motivated, and service-oriented with exceptional follow-through while upholding confidentiality, ethical standards, and alignment with company values.
Proven knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to travel domestically.
