Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst in Dublin, Ohio. This role is within the IT industry and will involve translating business requirements into technical specifications, maintaining relationships, and driving standard business processes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop use cases to facilitate exceptional performance.

• Maintain regular contact with clients and manage requirement changes effectively.

• Collaborate with Quality Control, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure business acceptance.

• Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems.

• Document current processes and systems and create requirements for new processes.

• Interact with Project Managers from multiple organizations to track project progress, identify risks, and assess potential impacts to the business.

• Maintain project documentation such as project lists, project status reports, and budget.

• Develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices.

• Translate requirements, produce feasibility reports, and design solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Develop use cases as a key communication tool between the business and technical teams. Requirements • Possess strong communication and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience with Microsoft Visio for diagramming and use cases

• Ability to deliver training sessions and workshops

• Strong research skills and ability to translate complex data into understandable project status updates

• Familiarity with budget processes and project management methodologies

• Proficient in English language

• Ability to collaborate with various teams and maintain relationships across departments

• Knowledge of best practices in business analysis and quality control

• Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field is beneficial

• Understanding of business process functions and ability to draft business requirement documents

• Experience with Assertion Markup Language can be an advantage

• Ability to adhere to and implement quality control measures
