Aston Carter Inventory Coordinator in Dublin, Ohio

Job Title: Inventory CoordinatorJob Description

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing material levels for various departments and ensuring timely replenishment at points of use. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing daily goods issues, uploading data to SAP for stock room replenishment, and managing goods receipts. You will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving potential material shortages, delivery issues, and quality concerns. Additionally, you will facilitate alternate material solutions by coordinating with subject matter experts and vendors. Your responsibilities will also involve performing cycle counts, managing order confirmations, resolving backorders, and maintaining an organized stock room. You will participate in process improvement projects, operational reviews, and maintain analytics for processes and projects. Furthermore, you will provide support across various departments as needed and effectively communicate with vendors and team members.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dublin, Ohio.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, which are non-negotiable. The role involves both desk work in a cubicle environment and physical work in the storeroom.
