Google Marketing Program Manager, Online Partnerships Group EMEA Web in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).

  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in B2B marketing program management or B2B marketing strategy, working on global programs or campaigns.

  • Experience with stakeholder management, including in a cross-functional, global environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the web publishing landscape and Google's publisher products.

  • Ability to work separately or in a team environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive and adhere to deadlines.

  • Excellent program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Effective presentation and verbal and written communication skills.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Scaleable Marketing Solutions (SMS) team drives growth for web publishers and app developers globally by executing data-driven marketing campaigns across channels like email, webinars, and cross-sell. We work closely with sales, go to market, marketing and product to fuel our app and web developer earnings.

In this role, you will define and implement go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategies that educate and fuel their growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify key opportunities and drive the adoption of Google's publisher products like AdSense and Google Ad Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in building and managing the strategy for growing these publishers at scale. By aligning global marketing strategies with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating across regions, you will contribute to Google's and our publisher's success.

  • Define and implement go-to-market marketing strategies that educate, engage, and grow web publishers at scale.

  • Drive alignment of global marketing strategy and priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, GTM, Marketing, and Legal.

  • Partner with Product, GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify key opportunities and drive the growth and adoption of publisher products. Lead and collaborate on the execution of scaled communication channels, managing resources and ensuring a cohesive, consistent global approach.

  • Support sales teams through scaled channels to improve efficiency and accelerate publisher business growth. Develop and execute measurement Key Performance Indicator for scalable communications to understand Return on Investment and drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to maintain a globally impactful approach to publisher growth. Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of Google's publisher solutions and drive product adoption.
