We are looking for an Insights Manager to join our Marketing Solutions business and support us in EMEAL to unlock the value of LinkedIn’s data and enable thriving partnerships with every organization.

You will be responsible for leading a world-class team of insight analysts, who collectively drive incremental sales and deepen strategic relationships with our clients. This role requires you to demonstrate analytics and insights expertise in partnering with sales, marketing, external clients and agencies to bring a unique, additive perspective on business opportunities. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills are required to work effectively with a diverse set of teams. You will be required to represent LinkedIn Insights at senior client and agency meetings and events and on relevant external bodies, so a high level of comfort with presenting to small and large groups is essential.

Responsibilities: 

People leadership

  • Lead a world-class, high performing Insights team across multiple offices

  • Actively source, interview, hire and on-board a strong and diverse team as needed. Build a team that continuously raises the bar on the utilization & value of 1st party platform data for our customers.

  • Consistently support, coach and inspire your team of analysts to do & be recognized for their best work. Create and support opportunities for them to thrive.

  • Create an inclusive team culture where every team member has a high sense of engagement, belonging and ownership.

Drive the Business

  • Define and execute the Insights strategy and roadmap to support the objectives of the EMEAL Marketing Solutions business and propel customer outcomes.

  • Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Identify complementary workstreams between Insights & the broader business and connect the dots between our work & business priorities to maximize impact. 

  • Represent the Insights team and present at senior client and agency meetings, on external industry bodies and at external events. Build the external profile of Marketing Solutions Insights

  • Partner closely with your counterparts leading other regional teams in EMEAL to drive greater outcomes through global collaboration. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in an insights/marketing analytics function with a relevant digital marketing/consultancy background

  • 3+ years people management experience

  • Analytically driven with experience of statistical techniques and methodologies

     Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Executive presence with an ability to influence at the Director+ level and experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

  • High level of problem solving & analytical skills, combined with sharp business judgement.

  • Knowledge of quantitative research and data analytics

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
