The Mobile App Developer Sales team (AppDev) has big ambitions and global reach. Our mission is to help mobile app developers grow with Google. The team is responsible for growing existing Google Ads clients in EMEA.
As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping our existing Google Customer Solutions (GCS) mobile app clients grow their business using Google Ad products and services. You will advise on app marketing strategies which will help our partners achieve their user acquisition goals, and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app advertisement within Google. You'll proactively reach out to clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews in order to build comprehensive solutions for our customers.

Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
