Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations EMEA this is a critical role to accelerate our ability to scale and drive growth. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow into the role.

• Be responsible for the overall management of the EMEA marketing budget in our budgeting tool Allocadia. They will communicate and enforce deadlines, provide reports, manage T&E, budget transfers and trouble shoot issues.

• Be the point of contact for EMEA marketing for the Marketing Vendor team and Procurement. Proactively work with the vendor, procurement, and finance teams to help these processes run efficiently and trouble shoot any issues that arise.

• Support alignment between marketing, tele-marketing and Sales – maintain cadence and drive SLAs between marketing & tele-marketing functions, provide input into waterfall model, provide input into lead/demand unit scoring thresholds, identify factors that maybe impacting local pipeline results

• Support regional dashboarding and reporting needs - ensure local measurement requirements are built into dashboards, conduct adhoc regional reporting and analysis, drive up utilization of (source of truth) dashboards, build business review slides articulating insights and actions

• Support regional insights for business process improvement - provide insights and recommendations for global business process improvement initiatives, champion process improvement locally to optimize collaboration, predictability and visibility of each initiative

· BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions

· Experience working across marketing functions and collaboratively with other functions including sales, operations, finance and procurement.

· Experience of working with or managing a marketing budget is preferred.

· Experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups and more) and Powerpoint are required.

· Understanding and experience of budget tools such as Allocadia, visualization tool such as Tableau and experience with other productivity tools such marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM (Dynamics CRM) is preferred.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.

· A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.
