About the Role

Organize, and optimize stockroom operations to support the store's sales and customer service objectives by ensuring smooth and efficient operation of receiving, organizing, and maintaining merchandise. maintain a seamless health & Safety adhering environment and effective inventory management system, enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Functional Roles & Responsibilities

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines and conduct daily walks & routine checks to secure a hazard-free stockroom environment.

· Work closely with internal stake holders (Logistics, inventory controller E-commerce etc..) to ensure effective communication.

· Receive incoming merchandise & verify accuracy.

· Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, quality issues, inappropriate style/print (Offensive text, nudity print etc…) & report promptly to the manager on duty.

· Ensure merchandise have the correct barcode, security tagged & properly organized in the stockroom.

· Conduct routine stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

· Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor as needed.

· Maintain a clean, organized, accessible and efficient stockroom space.

· Implement and follow proper storage procedures to maximize space and accessibility.

· Safeguard merchandise from theft, damage, and unauthorized access.

· Prepare and package merchandise for outgoing sales orders & Marketing/social Media photoshoots.

· Keep detailed records of received merchandise, returns, and inventory adjustments.

· Generate reports and maintain paperwork related to stockroom activities.

· Collaborate with sales associates and VM team to replenish sales floor & maximise sales.

· Merchandise the tills with POS material daily & report any stationary (POS paper, Shopping bags etc…) shortage.

· Comply with all store policies, procedures & loss prevention measures.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues, assisting with their stockroom needs and providing excellent customer service.

About You

Years of Experience

· 1-2 years of experience in stockroom or inventory management

Education/Certification and Continued Education

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy merchandise.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Adherence to safety guidelines and loss prevention protocols
