Kuehne+Nagel Road Logistics Operational Care Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Your Role

The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for executing operations to ensure operational excellence through high-quality shipment management. This role involves daily management of operations, including resource planning, monitoring operational KPIs, and overseeing shipment profitability. Additionally, the specialist prepares and supports month-end closing activities and provides data for reporting purposes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Shipment management in TMS (Roadlog)

  • Shipment data quality in TMS (Roadlog)

  • Shipment management with carriers and brokers

  • (Daily) shipment updates

  • Billing

  • Archiving of shipment documents

  • Preparation of (OCC performance) reports
