Amazon Program Manager - UAE National, MENA Shopping Experience in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Description
As a Shopping experience program manager, you will work with product managers and cross-functional teams (Local and WW) to ensure the launch of localized products and features that enhances customer experience in their shopping journey. The Program Manager will drive improvements on Arabic language quality on site that raise the bar for the customers. They will be skilled at enabling cross-functional change using their bar raising stakeholder management, judgement and program management skills.
The successful candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE. Role is open for Emirati hires only

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic/English
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
