Oracle NetSuite Sales Development Manager in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on contacting and qualifying prospect accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through targeted outbound campaigns.

  • Drive revenue growth through continual quality improvement, coaching your team to help them better understand and address customer needs and challenges.

  • Identify, recruit and develop world class Sales Development Representatives, providing an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle.

  • Invest in Sales Development Representatives, enabling them to grow professionally.

  • Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (In-country Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Directors and Country Leaders) to deliver on company goals, vision and strategy.

  • Conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance appraisals and manage all related performance issues.

  • Report regularly to SDR Leadership on the performance of the SDRs in lead qualification, furnishing them with statistics on lead quality and other health metrics of your business.

  • Drive the use of a variety of channels such as via social media, email & outbound calling. Ensure compliance to Oracle tools usage and processes.

  • Implement programmatic training and development plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven team builder and motivator with previous experience of successful people management within a sales or sales development management environment.

  • Excellent coaching skills.

  • Strong ability to manage to KPIs across all areas of the SDR function.

  • Proactive approach to problem identification and problem solving.

  • Strong understanding of telebusiness operations with an ability to understand and analyse the industry and the market and confidence operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to align other departments within their organisations to deliver revenue and sales growth.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential.

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales/Business Development management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantage.

  • Fluency to a native-standard in Arabic and English is essential; fluent French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region. Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.
