Nabors Customer Relationship Management Specialist - Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

JOB Summary

Manage CRM responsibility to ensure accurate data and effective communication between Sales and Operations. Drive improvements in customer engagement and order processing, supporting overall revenue growth and operational efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the day-to-day operation and open orders in Visual and AX system, ensuring data accuracy for all orders for both departments - Part Sales and Operations.

· Propose and implement best practices and solutions to enhance order processing, reduce lead times, and boost overall revenue performance. Engage with both departments in feedback sessions to ensure that improvements align with operational needs and sales goals.

· Assist sales with everyday activities such as review open orders, create Sales quotes when required.

· Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time and resolve any issues, as necessary.

· Collaborating with other departments (Supply chain, Logistics, Finance, forwarder, etc.) to ensure sales, queries, and orders are handled efficiently.

· Generate regular reports on CRM performance, and customer behavior to plan strategically.

· Provide regular reports to management regarding order status, delivery times, and any issues or challenges that arise.

· Coordinate with Supply Chian, Logistics, and other departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. Facilitate the flow of materials between various Sales & Operations Department.

· Work closely with sales, and operations teams to align strategies with overall business goals and improve customer service.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.

· Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays or issues, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries, complaints, and issues.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and resolve customer issue.

· Assist in monitoring inventory levels from time to time, to ensure sufficient stock for fulfilling orders for both Part Sales and Operations.

· Participate in weekly calls with the Houston team to provide feedback, establish priorities on parts available and any additional assistance required from Houston.

· Address and resolve challenges affecting order fulfillment, including backorders, quality control problems, and shipping delays.

· Analyze MOH reports and suggest appropriate actions for the MOT’s, and address key issues.

· Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures.

· Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor

· Ensure Company meets its statutory obligations by supporting to QHSE Systems and Policies

· Ensure compliance with safety obligations of persons generally

Contribute towards continuous improvement of all processes and systems by:

· Initiate and implement improvement in performance for the business

· Create a management culture and system that encourages resourcefulness

· Work with other specialists to identify, source and justify the implementation of new technologies

· Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives

· Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience: Min. 3 years working experience in sales related role, generating quotations and direct interaction with customers

· Proven experience in sales coordination, commercial solutions, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build relationships.

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.

· Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with the commercial solutions industry or relevant market segment is a plus.

· Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

· Work conditions may include travel to and from other Canrig facilities.
