Our client is looking to hire a Payroll Processor to support their payroll team for a 12 to 18 month assignment. The qualified candidate MUST be proficient with customer and admin support for high volume payroll processing. Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel experience is preferred. Must be local to the Drums, PA area and able work ONSITE 100% initially. Qualifications:

• Must be able to manage a high volume desk and support the team

• Solid Excel skills are a MUST; pivot tables and vlookups nice to have.

• Oracle knowledge preferred but will consider other large ERP systems like SAP.

• 3 plus years of large volume payroll processing experience

• Experience with Oracle highly preferred or other large ERP system

• High School Diploma a must; Associate or Bachelors preferred

• Multistate payroll processing experience preferred

• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with internal and external customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with great communication skills

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax and other legislated withholdings.

• Process Union Payments – includes Pension, Health & Welfare, 401K

• Process hourly union and non-union payroll

• Process Off cycle Payroll Checks as needed

• Gather all required payroll data

• Process payroll reporting as necessary

• Process Union Payments

• Assist with audits as needed

• Support team as needed
