L2 Aviation is looking for talented Pre-Production Technicians who want to take off and enjoy the trip while earning a great income with amazing potential to climb higher. And don’t worry if you don’t have aviation specific experience. We will train you! A little about what a Pre-Production Technician does: As a Pre-Production Technician, you would work with other team members to assemble aircraft wiring kits which could consist of pulling inventory based on a Build of Materials (BOM) and then arranging all of the different components or parts needed before they go to Production for final assembly. You could also utilize a high-tech laser wire marking machine as part of the pre-production process to ensure your teammates have what they need to be successful. Some of the requirements: Obviously, there are some requirements for the position. First and foremost, you need to have a winning attitude, ability to speak English, pass a background check as well as a pre-employment drug screen and be legally able to work in the U.S. For us, the key is attitude!
